Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME

Upon shipping your order, you will receive a tracking link that includes information about the expected delivery date. Our standard delivery time is 7 business days.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

We regret to inform you that once the printing process is completed, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations. However, if you wish to request a refund, please promptly send an email to clastrophies2023@gmail.com, providing a valid reason for your request.

 

Please be aware that once the design work has commenced, a minimum fee of Rs 500 will be applicable.

 

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect products were delivered.

  2. Some products are missing from your order.

  3. You received damaged products.

  4. Expired products were delivered.
